Tutors are available on demand or for pre-scheduled tutoring sessions any time. It is recommended that you request a session as far in advance as possible, so that we can suggest the best tutor to fit your needs. But if you need a tutor now, we can help!
Our tutors have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in the subject they tutor. Some are credentialed school teachers and graduate school students working on Masters and Ph.D. degrees. In order for a student to do well in school most often all that is needed is personalized one-to-one attention, for a more understandable explanation of the subject with cross questioning to clarify any confusion. A professional tutor can help the student better understand the material which is being presented by the teacher. Consequently, that student will become more confident in the subject and grades, test scores and, most importantly, self-esteem will improve drastically.
Our tutors are available according to the mutual decided schedules. The tutoring sessions can take place 3 days a week, at the specified time we choose. We choose the schedules you want, and we will try to set up the tutoring session for you according to your convenience.
Please let the administration knows that you need rescheduling at least 48 hours before the session takes place. Students/parents will be charged for any cancelled session without 48 hour notification. All cancelled sessions need to be made up within the current month of tutoring.
No, we do not enforce any long term contracts for tutoring. All our tutoring sessions are month to month contract.
After working with a student, they can login to their account and write you a review. We also send out automated emails to remind them a few weeks after they contact you. If the student forgets or chooses not to leave you a positive review, it never hurts to ask. They can login at any time to post reviews for tutors they have worked with in the past.
Your email address can also be used for your username, so if you don't remember your username, just login with your email address instead.
Vrcloudcampus will offer to reschedule the next lesson for free should the tutor encounter internet connection problems during the lesson. In the event that both the tutor and the student are unable to reschedule to a later date, Vrcloudcampus may offer a payment refund.
If you experience connectivity issues during a lesson, please contact us and you may reschedule your lesson free of charge.
Unfortunately our service requires a stable internet connection by both parties. If you are having persistent problems, we recommend that this issue be resolved on the user’s end before continuing our service. We highly recommend you ensure you are in an area with stable connection in order to fully utilizeVrcloudcampus’ services.
It’s important to build a rapport between tutor and student for effective learning. As such, we encourage you to stick to one tutor once you find the right one. During the course, however, your tutor might find it useful for a new tutor to take over a lesson for a fresh pair of eyes on your progress. This can be discussed with your tutor personally.
Not everyone is compatible as student and tutor. If you would like to change tutors for classes you have already scheduled, please email us. Don’t forget you can rate and leave reviews for your tutors and lessons. This helps us ensure the quality and performance of our tutors. However, if you wish to keep your reasons private, we will respect that.
Lessons will be about an hour long with self-paced breaks.
